Nymphes myrneloinoides head of larva (ant lion). These are the larvae of the Lacewing. These were presented by a person claiming they had passed out in her urine. This would not have occured - the adult lays its eggs in dark areas and in this case it would have been the toilet. When the eggs hatched, the larvae fell into the toilet bowl. The larvae will nip people but are harmless.
